As ‘members’, all residents of Pickwick are cordially invited to attend the AGM, and I sincerely hope that you will be able to do so.
The annual meeting is an important occasion where we all come together as members to review the activities of the past year; to receive your committee’s reports on how we have managed affairs; and to appoint a committee to manage The Association’s activities for the coming year. It is also an opportunity to raise any local issues that it is felt need attention. Our local councilors have been invited to join us so this is an opportunity to meet them as well.
